Can I track my order?

If you place an order that is north of $35 we automatically include tracking.

Our system automatically generates e-mail notifications once we ship your order. Note that these message sometimes get filtered to spam so keep an eye on your spam folder.

If you create an account, you’ll also be able to login and see your order history and tracking numbers there.

Where are you located?

We are located in the United States in good ole’ Texas.  Our proxy delivery times are the fastest around due to our production and warehouse location, as well as our quick turn-around times.

What are my shipping options?

We offer a low cost economy shipping option.  For small orders (typically under about $35) this does not include tracking.  For larger orders over $35 we will automatically upgrade your shipping to include tracking at no additional cost.  USPS has not been super timely lately, so you can expect shipping to take around a week with economy shipping.

We also offer expedited shipping which typically takes around 3 business days to deliver.

If you need 2-day air shipping or overnight shipping, we can accomodate.  You can reach out and we will give you a shipping quote.  Typical prices for 2-day air shipping are $12-15 depending on zip code.  Overnight shipping tends to cost $30-35.  These are for domestic USA shipping only.

For international shipping, prices and timeline to deliver vary widely.  Shipping to Canada and Mexico generally takes 1-2 weeks.  There can be delays if the package gets held up at customs for a time.

Outside of North America, shipping times can take 3-6 weeks.  We can do air shipping via Fedex, UPS, or DHL, but it is generally costly.  Feel free to reach out if you’d like a quote.

What is your turn around and fulfillment time?

We are fast.  We typically fulfill orders within 2 business days.  Sometimes during peak periods the time to fulfill may extend to 3+ business days but this is rare.

Note that once we fulfill your order, typical delivery times are 3-5 business days. However, we all know that USPS is pretty hit and miss, so it can take longer sometimes.
